The United Way of Dane County is a non-profit coalition of charitable organizations that pool their fundraising efforts and are dedicated to identifying and resolving community issues. Our team has raised over $47,000 through our partnership with United Way of Dane County. We encourage our employees to make annual donations to United Way of Dane County—and then we match those donations to effectively double their positive financial impact on the greater Madison community.
All Comfort Services’ support team members who want to participate in the Unity Way LINC (Lead. Impact. Network. Change.) affinity group. This opportunity allows employees to grow their leadership and social skills.
All Comfort Services’ team members participated with Mechanical Industries Center to plunge into the icy waters of Lake Monona on Saturday, February 18, 2023 during the Polar Plunge for Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Wisconsin!
Plungers from All Comfort Services (Nick Chacos, Leo Thull& Jamie Heindl) raised $1,048. The Men & Women of MSC/MSPC teams raised nearly $3,000 for the Special Olympics of Wisconsin.
All Comfort Services team members can be part of a committee that works on projects such as a workplace garden, healthy water drinking competitions, and other wellness-related activities.
All Comfort Services has been a sponsor for Susan G. Komen South Central (Madison)Wisconsin for over 15 years and is committed to helping the cause of fighting breast cancer. The foundation is the largest and most widely-known breast cancer organization in the United States, funding the best science and making the largest impact in the fight against breast cancer.
In 2021 Kendall Richards, President of All Comfort Services raised over $15,000 for the Susan G. Komen Wisconsin Big Wig campaign. Together, the Madison BigWigs, raised over $100,000 for Susan G. Komen Wisconsin!
The All Comfort Services’ team raised over $21,000 in 2023 and $42,000 for the 2022 Susan G. Komen South Central (Madison) Wisconsin More Than Pink Walk.
All Comfort Services has been a major participant in the Lennox – Feel The Love program formerly Heat U.P. Wisconsin since 2010. Each year on the first Saturday in October, we reach out to provide free installations of high-efficiency Lennox gas furnaces for individuals and families in our service area who are in need. Lennox provides Furnaces at no cost, and all labor and materials needed to install them are donated by All Comfort Services and our employees. All Comfort Services has donated over 600 volunteer hours of labor to install 15 homes with donated heating, cooling, and electrical replacement units.
We lend our big yellow trucks and donate necessary materials to support Heat’s On, an annual collaboration between Steamfitters Local 601 and the Madison Area Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors Association. Our employees donate their time each year through their union to help about 60 elderly, disabled, and low-income families by servicing, repairing, and in some cases replacing their furnaces.
The Lions Club is an international service organization dedicated to community service. All Comfort Services donates preventive heating & cooling maintenance services to their Madison facility and any required annual electrical and heating inspections. We also support Lions Club by donating a central air-conditioner for the raffle annually.

Tim Holt worked as an accounting manager at All Comfort Services for 15 years until he retired due to his deteriorating health. He passed away on April 18, 2021, and our team won’t forget him.
We provide financial and/or material assistance to the South Metropolitan Business Association (SMBA), Henry Vilas Zoo, Veterans in Piping, and Work Opportunity in Rural Communities (WORC).
