We regularly contribute to the betterment of our community by donating time, talents, materials, and funds to various worthy causes throughout Madison and the Greater Madison Area.
All Comfort Services has been a major participant in the Lennox – Feel The Love program formerly Heat U.P. Wisconsin since 2009. Each year on the first Saturday in October, we reach out to provide free installations of high-efficiency Lennox gas furnaces for individuals and families in our service area who are in need.
Lennox provides Furnaces at no cost, and all labor and materials needed to install them are donated by All Comfort Services and our employees. All Comfort Services has donated over 600 volunteer hours of labor to install 17 homes with donated heating, cooling, and electrical replacement units. During the Lennox Feel The Love installation week in 2024 dealers from across 45 states in the U.S. and several Canadian provinces worked alongside Lennox to install HVAC 413 units for nominated recipients.
The United Way of Dane County is a non-profit coalition of charitable organizations that pool their fundraising efforts and are dedicated to identifying and resolving community issues. Our team has raised over $50,000 through our partnership with United Way of Dane County. We encourage our employees to make annual donations to United Way of Dane County—and then we match those donations to effectively double their positive financial impact on the greater Madison community.
All Comfort Services’ support team members who want to participate in the United Way LINC (Lead. Impact. Network. Change.) affinity group. This opportunity allows employees to grow their leadership and social skills.
All Comfort Services provides new opportunities for individuals at all skill levels to kick start their careers in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, as well as call center positions. No previous experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided. Employees enjoy an opportunity for career growth along with flexible schedules and a supportive work environment.
All Comfort Services’ Wellness Committee
All Comfort Services team members can be part of a committee that works on projects such as chili cook-offs, healthy water drinking competitions, and other wellness-related activities.
Middleton Lions Club
The Lions Club is an international service organization dedicated to community service. All Comfort Services donates preventive heating & cooling maintenance services to their Madison facility and any required annual electrical and heating inspections. We also support the Lions Club by donating a central air-conditioner for the raffle annually.
