General Manager

The Role
Direct the company in Leadership, Culture, Finances, Marketing, Customer Service and Community Presence while overseeing Operations, including Sales, Service, Installation, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Fleet Management Teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute strategy that increases revenue while managing expenses to grow profit.
  • Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values.
  • Lead management team, ensure customer satisfaction scores & boost employee engagement.
  • Communicate clearly, show recognition and build relationships with employees.
  • Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1’s.
  • Conduct operations and P&L meetings with key managers to increase productivity levels.
  • Formalize a coaching and training platform that’s consistent, effective and measurable.
  • Facilitate the setting of individual goals, KPIs, or financial responsibilities for all divisions.
  • Monitor team’s performance to ensure that daily revenue goals are met.
  • Show employees how their individual contributions matter to the company’s success.
  • Train and advise team members on how to grow our customer base and gain repeat business.
  • Ensure sufficient company personnel growth to meet ongoing customer demand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Industry Trends.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a management role within the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of success driving business growth, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High-functioning individual with a sense of urgency and commitment to job success.
  • Strong business-to-consumer sales pedigree.

This role will have a salary range of $100,000 – $150,000 along with bonus potential.

Customer Service Representative

Position Details: Full time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Our ideal candidate will have customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, a working knowledge of Windows Office and basic computer skills, and be able to work effectively and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing great Customer Service and giving our customers a 5-star experience.
  • Answering phones and booking service calls to our dispatch board
  • Calling existing customers and members to schedule service visits
  • Entering and maintaining detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
  • Participate in continued professional training
  • Other miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management

Electrician

Immediate openings for experienced electricians. We work with new and remodel residential and commercial jobs. Credentials are preferred but not required to fulfill these positions.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Residential and commercial wiring

HVAC Installer

We are looking for talented team members to join our growing heating and cooling department. At All Comfort Services, we specialize in top-notch service for residential and commercial customers. Our HVAC technicians deal with service and installation jobs primarily at residential locations.

We are willing to train those with no experience who are ambitious and eager to learn!

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
  • Work within a team to install heating and cooling systems for residential and/or commercial customers
  • Use basic hand & power tools of the trade
  • Providing excellent customer service and professionalism while maintaining the utmost respect for our customer’s home and property
  • Ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, or weekends, as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Moderate lifting up to 90lbs
  • Complete pre-employment drug test and background check process
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
  • Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
  • Ability to work independently and self-schedule
  • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
  • Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Local travel required

Preferred but not required:

  • 2 to 6 years hands-on Commercial or Residential HVAC Experience
  • EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal or ability to attain

  • NATE certification
