Electrician

Immediate openings for experienced electricians. We specialize in top-notch service for commercial and residential customers, and we’re looking for more team members to join our growing electrical division. We work with new and remodel residential and commercial jobs. Credentials are preferred but not required to fulfill these positions.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Residential and commercial wiring
  • Solar installation
  • Installing new services
  • Installing conduit above and below ground
  • Installing automation systems and networking
  • New construction and remodel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

HVAC and Boiler Technicians

Immediate openings for experienced HVAC and boiler technicians. We specialize in top-notch service for commercial and residential customers, and we’re looking for more team members to join our growing heating and cooling department. Work will be performed in residential homes.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.

  • Uses experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
  • Advises manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
  • Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure all safety measures are taken at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, and weekends, as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  •  Two to six years of hands-on HVAC experience
  • EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal Required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Moderate lifting up to 90 lbs
  • Complete pre-employment drug test and background check process
  • Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
  • Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
  • Ability to work independently and self-schedule
  • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
  • Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
  • NATE certification is a plus
  • Periodically on call for service coverage
  • Local travel required

Master or Journeyman Plumber

Immediate openings for Master, Journeyman, or service-experienced plumbers. We specialize in top-notch service for commercial and residential customers, and we’re looking for more team members to join our growing plumbing division. We deal with service and remodel residential and commercial jobs. A Journeyman’s license is preferred but not required to fulfill these positions.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

According to specifications or plumbing codes, as a Wisconsin licensed plumber, you will assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
  • Cutting openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
  • Cutting, threading, and bending pipe to required angles
  • Assembling and installing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals and non-metals
  • Joining pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, and solder
  • Testing pipes by filling them with water or air and reading gauges to determine whether the system is working accurately
  • Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures
  • Repairing and maintaining plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains

Additional requirements:

  •  Four years of plumbing experience
  • Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications required by our client
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety and ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism

Customer Service Representative

Position Details: Full time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Our ideal candidate will have customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, a working knowledge of Windows Office and basic computer skills, and be able to work effectively and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing great Customer Service and giving our customers a 5-star experience.
  • Answering phones and booking service calls to our dispatch board
  • Calling existing customers and members to schedule service visits
  • Entering and maintaining detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
  • Participate in continued professional training
  • Other miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management

Required Experience/Education:

  • Positive, empathetic and team-first attitude
  • Dispatch/call center/customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Interpersonal, communication, listening, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills
  • High school diploma or higher level of education

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
