Position Details: Full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, basic Windows Office knowledge, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and a 5-star experience
- Answer phones and book service calls to the dispatch board
- Call existing customers to schedule service visits
- Enter and maintain detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
- Participate in ongoing professional training
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Education:
- Positive, empathetic, team-first attitude
- Dispatch/call center/customer service experience
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Knowledge of general customer service principles
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- High school diploma or higher
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
