Our 21-Point Maintenance Inspection
All Comfort Services delivers a comprehensive 21-Point Maintenance Inspection to troubleshoot and tune up your cooling system.
This inspection will include:
Indoor Unit:
- Check the thermostat for proper operation. Interviews
- Check high/low returns.
- Check air leaks and noise in the ductwork.
- Check the air filter and replacements quoted, if needed.
- Inspect blower wheel; lubricate blower motor bearings as necessary.
- Check amp reading of the indoor blower and capacitor.
- Check the circuit breaker box.
- Clean condensate drain.
- Check return air temperature.
- Check supply air temperature.
- Check drop in temperature.
Outside Unit:
- Check outside temp
- Check suction pressure.
- Check discharge pressure.
- Inspect outside coil. If the coil needs to be cleaned, an estimate will be given.
- Inspect fan blades and lubricate motor bearings.
- Inspect electrical wires and lubricate motor bearings.
- Check capacitors.
- Check the contactor.
- Check the amp draw.
- Check for noise and vibrations.
During the maintenance, if the technician finds any issues with your system, repairs will be quoted upfront and explained.
