Billing Specialist

We are looking for talented team members to join our growing company! At All Comfort Services, we specialize in top-notch HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services for residential & commercial customers. Our Billing Specialist plays an essential role in helping us take excellent care of our customers in a fast & efficient manner and ensuring operational efficiency.

The Big Task

The Billing Specialist will ensure the proper billing and collection of funds from our customers is happening in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Sub Tasks:

  • Review jobs from the prior day for accuracy.
  • Find and fix any errors from prior day jobs.
  • Batch prior day’s jobs to be moved to Quickbooks.
  • Batch finalized bills to be moved to Quickbooks.
  • Follow up on open jobs where payment was not collected from the prior day.
  • Follow the collection process and collect on open jobs that are not paid.
  • Maintain accuracy of Accounts Receivable and Customer Accounts
  • Ensure jobs are closed and accounted for in the correct period.
  • Administration of COSTCO jobs.
  • Enter bills timely and accurately.
  • Verify all Purchase Orders for credit card transactions.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse & Parts Department plays an essential role in helping us take excellent care of our customers in a fast & efficient manner.

The Big Task

As a Warehouse Associate you will keep the warehouse organized, stage parts and equipment and deliver materials to job sites.

Key Sub Tasks:

  • Load and unload parts and equipment.
  • Drive a 16’ box truck and operate a lift gate and pallet jack.
  • Organize parts and equipment and securely tie them down for safe transportation.
  • Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition.
  • Organizing and cleaning warehouse and trucks.
  • Receiving, restocking, and counting inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Basic computer experience.
  • Previous experience using a forklift or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50lbs
  • Verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
  • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints

Preferred:

  • Previous shipping experience.
  • Forklift operator experience is a plus.

Electrician

Immediate openings for experienced electricians. HVAC Installer

We are looking for talented team members to join our growing heating and cooling department. At All Comfort Services, we specialize in top-notch service for residential and commercial customers. Our HVAC technicians deal with service and installation jobs primarily at residential locations.

We are willing to train those with no experience who are ambitious and eager to learn!

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
  • Work within a team to install heating and cooling systems for residential and/or commercial customers
  • Use basic hand & power tools of the trade
  • Providing excellent customer service and professionalism while maintaining the utmost respect for our customer’s home and property
  • Ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, on-call, or weekends, as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Moderate lifting up to 90lbs
  • Complete pre-employment drug test and background check process
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

Position Details: Full time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing great Customer Service and giving our customers a 5-star experience.
  • Answering phones and booking service calls to our dispatch board
  • Calling existing customers and members to schedule service visits
  • Entering and maintaining detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
  • Participate in continued professional training
  • Other miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management
