Message from Kendall Richards, President All Comfort Services:

 

Dear Customer:

We want you to know we are here for our team and customers and thank you for choosing us as your home services partner. We hope you and your family stay safe and healthy during these unprecedented circumstances.

We are scheduling gas furnace tune-up appointments want you to know we are available for repairs, service, and installations for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical in The Greater Madison area. Servicing your equipment now will help prevent any delays in scheduling an appointment should there be equipment failure issues that may occur during hot weather conditions.

When we are in your home or business, we want to make sure our customers and team members are as safe as possible and we are following these recommended safety practices.

When you call to schedule an appointment with All Comfort Services: 

  • We will ask our customers if everyone is healthy in the home or business.

Safety Protocol: Service and Install Technicians in Home or Business

  • Handwashing before and after appointments
  • Protective mask
  • Shoe covers
  • Gloves (upon request)
  • Social distancing including no handshakes
  • Wiping down surfaces
  • Extreme care is taken touching material or equipment such as filters, faucets, and ductwork. We bag any materials that need to be discarded, such as a filter as we are working.

Safety Protocol: Comfort Consultant Virtual In-Home Appointments

  • If you are requesting an estimate for new equipment, we offer free virtual in-home meetings with our Comfort Consultants via Zoom calls. If this digital option doesn’t work for you, let us know and we will provide other ways to communicate.

Safety Protocol: All Comfort Services Team

  • We require that anyone who is not feeling well (or has a family member who lives with them not feeling well) does not come to work for 10-14 days unless they get permission from a medical professional to return to work.
  • Our office is closed to walk-in traffic. Any delivery or visitors will be required to have a contactless temperature check upon entering as well as wear a mask and social distance.
  • We are providing contactless temperature checks to all employees as needed.

Indoor Air Quality Options: Germicidal Lights and MERV 16 filters.

We want you to know more about air purification in your home or business. We offer germicidal lights and MERV 16 filters. Germicidal lights use intense rays of ultraviolet light to control and kill contaminants like viruses, bacteria, yeast, and mold improving the air in your entire home.
