All Comfort Services Community Involvement
Heat Up Wisconsin
All Comfort Services is a major participant in Heat U.P. Wisconsin. Each year on the first Saturday in October, we reach out to provide free installations of high-efficiency Lennox gas furnaces for individuals and families in our service area who are in need. Furnaces are provided at no cost by Lennox, and all labor and materials needed to install them are donated by All Comfort Services and our employees.
Susan G. Komen Foundation
You might not think about it, but it takes a lot of supplies and materials to stage a major racing event. All Comfort Services proudly donates warehouse space to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in support of its annual local Race for the Cure®. The foundation is the largest and most widely-known breast cancer organization in the United States, funding the best science, and making the largest impact in the fight against breast cancer.
We lend our big yellow trucks and donate necessary materials in support of Heat’s On, an annual collaboration between Steamfitters Local 601 and the Madison Area Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors Association. Our employees donate their time each year through their union to help about 60 elderly, disabled, and low-income families by servicing, repairing, and in some cases replacing their furnaces.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conviction that every man, woman, and child should have a decent, safe, and affordable place to live. Our employees regularly donate their free time to Habitat projects in the Madison area, providing heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical expertise and workmanship.
Middleton Lions Club
The Lions Club is an international service organization dedicated to community service. All Comfort Services donates preventive heating & cooling maintenance services to their Madison facility, as well as any required annual electrical and heating inspections. We also support Lions Club by annually donating a central air-conditioner for the raffle.
The United Way is a nonprofit coalition of charitable organizations that pool their fundraising efforts and are dedicated to identifying and resolving community issues. We encourage our employees to make annual donations to United Way—and then we match those donations to effectively double their positive financial impact on the Madison community.
We also provide financial and/or material assistance to the South Metropolitan Business Association (SMBA), Henry Vilas Zoo, Veterans in Piping, and Work Opportunity in Rural Communities (WORC).
